Cancellation/Schedule Change Policy
For a full refund, cancellations or schedule changes must be made at least 8 days prior to the experience. Alternatively, if the reservation is made 5-7 days before the experience, cancellations or schedule changes must be made within 12 hours of booking completion. All times and dates are in Japan Standard Time. No refunds will be provided for no-shows.

Unexpected Cancellation of Sumo Training at the Sumo Stable
Although rare, there may be instances where sumo training at the sumo stable is unexpectedly canceled due to the circumstances of the sumo wrestlers or the stable.
If sumo training is canceled, we will promptly notify customers who had reservations for that day.
In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
