【What You'll Experience】

【Eligible Participants】

Children must be 6 years old or above to participate.

【Session (8:00 AM - 10:00 AM)】

Please gather at the front gate of Tsukiji Hongan-ji Temple at 8:00 AM on the day of the tour. 
A friendly interpreter who speaks English will be waiting for you.

【What to Expect】

1. Tsukiji Hongan-ji Temple
   
2.  Exploration and Food Tasting at Tsukiji Outer Market: Let's embark on an adventure through Tsukiji Outer Market, where culture and history come alive with the stories of many artisans. Look forward to strolling through Tsukiji and indulging in a variety of delicious local foods!
3. Namiyoke Shrine: Next, we'll visit a venerable shrine in Tsukiji to learn about the deeply rooted myths of Japanese culture and the proper ways to pray, absorbing the sacred spirit that permeates this place.
4. Tsukiji Fish Wharf: Moving on, we'll head to the bustling fish wharf to observe how the fresh catch of the sea is handled. This vibrant area is truly the heart of Tsukiji.
5. Return to Tsukiji Outer Market: Returning to the market, we'll dive deeper into exploration. By now, you'll surely have found several shops you'll want to visit personally after the tour. 
   *The second part of the session will be conducted from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM following the same itinerary.

Approximately 15 minutes by train from Tokyo Station, approximately 25 minutes by train from Shinjuku and Shibuya stations

• Access from the alighting station to Tsukiji Hongan-ji Temple (築地本願寺) :
  • Directly connected from Exit 1 of Tsukiji Station (築地駅) on the Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line.
  • Approximately 5 minutes on foot from Exit 4 of Tokyo Metro Yurakucho Line(有楽町線) "Shintomicho(新富町)" Station.
  • From Exit 5 of Toei Subway Asakusa Line(浅草線) "Higashi-Ginza(東銀座)" Station, it's about a 5-minute walk.
  • From Exit A1 of Toei Subway Oedo Line(大江戸線) "Tsukiji Market(築地市場)" Station, it's about a 5-minute walk.
